Executive – Demand Generation

📍 Hybrid 🕓 Full time

Experienced: 2yrs - 3yrs

Brief:

Leadkêt is looking for Advisor for its Appointment Setting/Appointment Generation Services with 1-2 years of experience in B2B, Sales, Appointment Setting and LeadGen Domain. As Advisor the candidate would be responsible for setting appointment and work closely with the Campaign Manager to achieve C-SAT.

Roles and Responsibilities:

> Make Sales Pitch Calls to prospective customers with aim of Appointment Setting and generating new business opportunities.

> Connect with LinkedIn Prospects.

> Identify, qualify and generate leads in defined territory (domestic market).

> Creating, maintaining a list/database of prospective clients.

> Collaborate with internal and client facing teams.

> Phone and email interactions with customers in order to build relationships, provide customer service, and find, develop & ultimately close opportunities in order to grow sales within the territory.

> Work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company's business strategy.

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

> Minimum 1-2 years of Work Experience as Business Development Executive or similar profile in Sales in B2B/LeadGen.

> Minimum qualification should Graduation. Post-Graduate/MBA will be preferred.

> Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing will be preferred.

Preferred skills:

> Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English languages.

> Willing to travel across Delhi NCR to meet prospects and close deals.

> Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Business Communication, Business Administration or Marketing.

> Enthusiastic to be part of a growing company, want to make career in sales.

> Should have experience in B2B Domestic & International Market for Accounts handling.

> Make outbound calls to generate leads and set up qualified meetings with clients.Creating, maintaining a list/database of prospective clients.

> Collaborate with internal and client facing teams.

> Accurate reporting on leads, forecasting, and KPI.

> Meeting and exceeding monthly targets.

> Maintaining and updating CRM with last known status of leads, appointments.

> Respond to RFI requests and timely follow up with contacts.

You are suitable for this role, if:

> Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English languages.

> Should be internet savvy, and love reading and learning about different industries and human psychology.

> College graduate in any discipline, preferably in Computer Application, Business Communication, Business Administration or Marketing.

> Enthusiastic to be part of a growing company, want to make career in sales.

> Have at least 6 months of B2B outbound calling experience in Domestic Market.
