Leadket and Sell Fast Universe, being comprised of digital access and downloadable files, is usually non-refundable. The same applies to our Masterclasses, Bootcamps and One on One Consultations as well.
However, Leadket and Sell Fast Universe come with extensive support for all clients and students - so you would have the exact time period which was mutually agreed before any payments and agreements from your date of purchase to actually implement the learnings and deliverables.
In exceptional cases, with substantial proof that:
1. You did not get access to course content.
2. The services you opted for did not commence even for one full working day, which is from Monday to Friday.
A refund may be issued.
When you signup with Leadket or Sell Fast Universe, it is mutually understood that you signed up at your own will with full understanding that the implementation of the materials to get results will be your sole responsibility. That being said, we will be aiding you with setbacks, as long as they are a part of our curriculum or scope of work document.
It is also to be noted that your subscription may be canceled with no refunds in case of the following events :
1. Fraudulent activities include but are not limited to: copying our content, sharing login details with other parties except yourself, and reselling the course provided via Sell Fast Universe.
2. Violating the terms of invoice, scope of work, payments terms and terms and conditions documents signed by both the parties including either Leadket or Sell Fast Universe.
3. Verbal, written, texted or any form of Disrespect/Abuse towards Leadket or Sell Fast Universe Team Members or Community Members.
4. Any activities deemed as inappropriate by Leadket or Sell Fast Universe( for ex. unsolicited unprofessional messages).
